Treatments
Our Treatments
Each treatment method is carried out according to the client's needs and health condition.
Cupping (hijamah) is a traditional treatment method that uses special cups to create suction on the skin's surface at specific points on the body. It aims to help the body's detoxification process and encourage smoother blood circulation. We use single-use needles and cups for every client to ensure hygiene and safety.
Benefits
- Helps relieve joint and muscle pain
- Supports the body's detoxification process
- Helps improve blood circulation
- Practised in line with Prophetic (Sunnah) tradition

Classical acupuncture uses fine needles inserted at specific meridian points on the body. This method originates from traditional Chinese medicine and is widely used to help relieve pain, stress, and various other bodily function disturbances.
Benefits
- Helps relieve headaches and migraines
- Helps reduce stress and fatigue
- Supports the body's overall energy balance
Electroacupuncture combines traditional acupuncture technique with a low-frequency electrical current delivered through the needles. This method is often used for more chronic muscle and nerve pain cases, where sustained stimulation is needed compared to standard manual acupuncture.
Benefits
- Suitable for chronic muscle and nerve pain
- More consistent stimulation than manual acupuncture
- Helps relieve numbness in the limbs
Electro pad therapy uses pads placed on the skin's surface to deliver gentle electrical stimulation to tense or painful muscle areas. It's suitable as a supportive therapy for clients less comfortable with needles, or as an add-on to other treatments.
Benefits
- No needles involved — suitable for all ages
- Helps relieve muscle tension
- Can be combined with other treatments

This treatment focuses on spinal misalignment caused by poor posture, injury, or daily habits. Through gentle manipulation techniques, our practitioner helps guide the spine back toward better alignment, relieving pressure on surrounding nerves and muscles.
Benefits
- Helps relieve back and neck pain
- Supports better body posture
- Helps reduce pressure on the spinal nerves
Oxidant Drainage Therapy is a supportive therapy aimed at helping the body's natural process of clearing toxins and waste substances accumulated from lifestyle, diet, or environmental factors. It is often combined with cupping or acupuncture as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Benefits
- Supports the body's natural detoxification process
- Helps improve energy levels
- Pairs well with cupping treatment

Reflexology is a massage technique that applies pressure to specific points on the feet and hands, believed to correspond closely with the body's internal organs and systems. This treatment helps relax the whole body while stimulating circulation to specific areas.
Benefits
- Helps relieve foot sole and heel pain
- Encourages full-body relaxation
- Helps stimulate blood circulation
Al-Fasdu is a traditional Islamic medicine method involving direct blood-letting from a vein, distinct from cupping which draws blood from the skin's surface. This method is used for specific cases based on the practitioner's assessment, carried out carefully and following strict hygiene procedures.
Benefits
- An alternative for cases unsuited to standard cupping
- Carried out based on an experienced practitioner's assessment
- Uses sterile, single-use equipment
